Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Career Co-Pilots platform and services provided by BNG Contracting Enterprise LLC, doing business as Career Co-Pilots ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Career Co-Pilots.

1. Description of Service

Career Co-Pilots is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates job application submissions on your behalf. The service includes:

• A cloud-based dashboard for managing your job search preferences, resume, and application history
• A desktop automation agent that runs on your own device and submits job applications through your own browser session on LinkedIn and other job platforms
• AI-powered job matching, scoring, and application customization
• Resume and cover letter generation tools

Career Co-Pilots is a tool that assists with job applications. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Career Co-Pilots. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful profile information, resume content, and career preferences
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens
• Reviewing applications submitted on your behalf and ensuring they accurately represent your qualifications
• Ensuring your use of Career Co-Pilots complies with the terms of service of LinkedIn and any other platform you interact with through our service
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use Career Co-Pilots to apply to jobs you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or applications
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Career Co-Pilots platform or API
• Use the service to harass, spam, or deceive employers
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Career Co-Pilots offers the following monthly subscription tiers:

• Starter: $49/month
• Pro: $99/month
• Executive: $199/month

All plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Key billing terms:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• If your payment fails, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.

6. Platform Risk Acknowledgment

Automated activity on LinkedIn or other job platforms may violate their terms of service. By using Career Co-Pilots, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Your LinkedIn account or accounts on other platforms may be restricted, suspended, or terminated as a result of automated activity
• Career Co-Pilots takes reasonable steps to minimize detection risk, but we cannot and do not guarantee that your accounts will not be affected
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from platform enforcement actions against your accounts
• You use the automation features of Career Co-Pilots at your own risk

7. Intellectual Property

The Career Co-Pilots platform, including its software, algorithms, user interface, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BNG Contracting Enterprise LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without written permission.

Content you provide (resume, profile data, preferences) remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Career Co-Pilots is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The number or quality of job applications submitted
• Whether you will receive interviews, offers, or employment
• The accuracy of AI-generated content including match scores, cover letters, or application responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform or desktop agent

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNG Contracting Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Career Co-Pilots, including but not limited to:

• Loss of employment opportunities
• Suspension or termination of your LinkedIn or other platform accounts
• Inaccurate or inappropriate applications submitted by the automation agent
• Loss of data or service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
• Abusive behavior toward our team or other users
• Any activity we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or its reputation

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease at the end of your current billing period.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNG Contracting Enterprise LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use of Career Co-Pilots after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
